3 Ingredient Brownies with Banana

Delightful brownies made with ripe bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa powder for a guilt-free chocolate treat.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl. Once fully mashed, add the peanut butter and stir until smooth.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder, mix, and transfer the batter to the prepared brownie pan.
  4. Bake in the oven for 22 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely at room temperature before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor. Store leftover brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
