Quick and easy gluten-free biscuits made with just two ingredients: self-rising flour and heavy cream.

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface.
  4. Knead gently for about 30 seconds.
  5. Roll or pat the dough to about 1-inch thick.
  6. Cut out the biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Use certified gluten-free self-rising flour to avoid gluten contamination.
